My little dog is my whole world, and after some previous dogs of mine had bad experiences with the vets they went to I was very nervous about this process. I love that they are thorough and really explained all the processes involved. I do suggest maybe waiting for like 5-10 seconds for the water to get to the right temperature, as it suddenly became very hot on the scalp. Lastly, the playlist was amazing! I really enjoyed the music and it didn't feel like I was in there for hours. Thank you so much blush!”
