“The Best accommodation of Coventry City Centre. Everything you need is all within 1-3 min walk like bus station, Tesco , Sainsbury , night club and bus stops that can take to any place you can go. Staff are polite and help. First Floor has the best study place ever”

I booked awkward hours and was accommodated without hesitation, on my second journey I asked in advance if I could move the journey time a couple of hours later and again with no hesitation the booking was adjusted! I arrived into the UK via ferry meaning my arrival time had to be slightly flexible incase of delays and they were there already waiting for me! “Stayed here in November. What an amazing find - better than any hotel chain. Great location in Balsall Common - right next to the train station only a 6 min train ride to the NEC (if you're on business there). Its a small, family run business with 3 double rooms (1 more being added soon). The owner Andy was lovely & most helpful. It's modern and gorgeous, lovely rooms and a breakfast room and reading room for guests to use. There is a range of wine, beers, drinks and snacks available (just pay using the honesty box) and your breakfast will be cooked for you to order. Highly recommend this place & will no doubt return!”
