“We ordered 2x 8 seaters to take 10 of us and all our luggage to and from Birmingham airport (1 week later for the return). It was easy to book and had text confirmation to put our minds at ease knowing it was all sorted. Both taxis arrived at 2am to take us to the airport promptly (early infact, but were fine to wait until booked time). They got us to the airport safely and in a timely manner. Both drivers were very pleasant and polite. Made this part of our holiday seamless and stress free. Being picked up at both locations on time with no waiting wondering where they were. We were even delayed coming home on the plane and they texted to keep in touch with me to check how we were doing in arrivals getting our luggage. “I love going to this little Tesco’s, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, unfortunately I popped in this morning to find a shoplifter stealing alcohol and abusing the staff. Apparently he goes in there regularly to take what he wants and the poor staff are helpless to stop him, come on Tesco, you’re a massive company so where’s the security for the staff, no one should have to put up with that kind of abuse at work. It was truly terrifying to witness.”

“I noticed the low score reviews and wanted to give my own review to balance them somewhat. I moved to the area 6 years ago and was not registered with any practice until covid, when I realised I needed to be registered to get vaccinated. I picked Jubilee because it is on my commuting route as well as the route I generally take when visiting family and friends, and it's easy walking distance. There are other, better rated practices nearby, but the location for me was key. I have had cause to go in recently due to a painful injury that I am on a waiting list for. The staff couldn't be more pleasant, when I have been in blinding pain I have been able to see someone the same day, and they have responded to my phone enquiries with diligence and courtesy, I couldn't ask for better.”

“I absolutely loved my stay in Britannia Coventry. It is a totally old-fashioned hotel with four or five Otis brushed stainless-steel elevators, the rooms are really nice (not luxurious but nice and comfortable and mine was big). The price for each additional day was not much more than 30 pounds, and I chose to have the breakfast which can last up to 3 hours, they have everything, cranberry juice, orange juice, coffee, tea, one of those big old toast machines, and huge trays of unlimited and really big nice sausages, whole stewed tomatoes, nice scrambled eggs, omlettes, fried eggs. I attach some pictures but to understand those are HUGE trays Ah, about the neigbhourhood, it is a 24 hour student neighbourhood, really coming up from how it used to be. But it is international and there are guards watching the door. At night you can go in and out any time, even after 11:00, but to come in you do need to push the buzzer so the receptionist (who is always there) can see you and let you in. Maybe a single older woman might find that a little too intense neighbouhood-wise but for a couple even older I would say it is fine, and for any young person it is fine.”
