“Very impressed by the range of gluten free menu options, especially the battered fish and chips! Delicious food, really lovely attentive but non-intrusive service and obviously very, very popular. Booking ahead advised... We arrived just before the kitchen opened and they were able to squeeze us in, but next time we'll definitely book in advance!”

“Absolutely love it here! They get everything spot on. Proper home cooked Sunday roast, really generous portions too. We’ve been as a couple, a family and then for a big birthday too - staff are so attentive. Relaxed and informal setting and they have 3 teles so often showing different sports which is ace. My partners veggie which is really tasty. Drink and snack selection is brilliant too. Our go to Sunday location”

“My favourite pub in Kenilworth, great service and fantastic beer! Best Guiness for miles! The San Miguel is the cleanest tasting pint I ever had. Pete and Catherine do a fantastic job of running this family local.”

“This place is really cool. We stumbled across it when heading to Warwick Castle for a gig. The place looked quirky so we thought we would have a pint. The decor is a little hap hazard but has the feel of an old pub with none of the yellowing from fag smoke. There are different casks on constantly. We tried a sour that nearly caused my lips to bleed I pursed them together that tight and a blood orange cider which went down way too easily. The young lad was friendly and allowed us to try a couple of beers before buying our drinks and the overall atmosphere was very friendly with our small group talking to multiple other groups of people in the hour we were in there.”

I had sea bass, cooked to perfection with lots of veg and hasselback potatoes. Everyone enjoyed their choices. Prawn cocktail was really good. Portion sizes just right. Only one of us disappointed, no steak and ale pie. Service was excellent. All food reasonably priced. We'll definitely visit again. Would strongly recommend going here.”

“Visited on a Sunday eve about 5.30 and were politely told kitchen closed at 6. We were given the Sunday menu but asked if it were possible to have something off the weekday menu; they were so helpful. Nothing was a problem and all our food was delightful; outstanding really. Up there with the best pub food we’ve had. Way better than soulless pub chain food that is everywhere these days.”

“Gluten free!!! Very nice and clean place. This restaurant has its own cool atmosphere. I made order online to collect and eat at home, because I was in rush. I arrived too early, however staff allowed me to seat comfortable and wait for my order. I wish to give 5 stars, but unfortunately I get my Passion Fruit Semifreddo without Passion Fruit topping :( (due to bigger order I didn't check at restaurant, realised at home)”

“I went for a team lunch with work, around opening time mid-week. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was varied and all delicious! I enjoyed the BBQ Chicken Burger with chips and coleslaw, and there were lots of lunch offers, such as 2 for £18. Also, some nice decor and lots of parking on site. I'll definitely be going back soon!”

“Very impressed with my visit to this Loungers. Pleasant service from the female server with dark hair and award winning smile. I returned after an hour and was served by the charming Millie who knows how to interact and engage with customers. Josh brought the tapas deal over and apologised for the shortcomings which were quickly rectified. One of the best in the region.”

“Working nearby. Went for a pint and to watch the football albiet it wasn't a channel thr pub had. Had a decent pint outside in the small beer garden. £18 for 3 pints which isn't the worst.”

A nice chatty atmosphere as the place was busy (always a good sign) but not loud. The food didn't disappoint, my salmon was cooked to perfection and nods of approval from the others said it all. Can't comment on the beer as I, unfortunately, was driving! Thanks to all the staff, thoroughly recommended.”
