βAfter struggling with back pain for about 5 years, with no lasting results from physio sessions, Suzie was the only person who identified my problem, and worked with me until I got it under control. Today, I've completed two marathons with no back problems whatsoever! I cannot express enough my gratitude for her dedication for helping out people and for constantly focusing on expanding her knowledge to make everyone's life better.β
βGreat experience, great personality. Absolutely gonna visit again soonβ€οΈβ

βI can't say enough good things about DayCare at St Martin's! The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make sure each child feels safe, loved, and supported. Our son has thrived here, and we're so grateful for the love and care he's received. Theres an incredible range of creative play, learning and exploration. We also appreciate the regular communication and updates we receive from the staff. We couldn't be happier with our experience at DayCare at St Martin's and highly recommend it to any family looking for a nurturing, high-quality childcare option.β
βOur dogs love Nicola, I cannot praise her enough she is trust worthy and very reliable.β
βThis is a fabulous nursery I can't rate it highly enough, and reasonably priced. My son Joshua joined when he was 11 months old and I was nervous to leave him at such an early age and return to full time work, but he is loving Catherine House. The staff (especially Sue and Georgina) are great with Joshua; he is always full of smiles when arriving. His development is encouraged and he is always coming home with drawings and paintings. The nursery setting has really helped bring along his speech and crawling/walking. The owners clearly invest a lot of money back into the facilities and it shows. A great nursery that delivers a home from home setting in a beautiful building. We will be sad to leave when we move.β
βMy little oneβs favourite class - a brilliant mix of music & lights.β
βBest Physio in West Midlands. Cannot recommend enough!β
βSuch a great self defence system to learn. Being a women it is important to know how to defend yourself in any situation because it's a big bad world out there & better to know how to defend yourself & never have to use it than to be in a situation wishing you had learnt self defence but it being too late. Krav has given me the tools to be confident in defending myself, it's got my fitness up & I have so much fun in the classes with everybody that I train with too. Great energy in all the classes!! I would definitely recommend Krav Maga to everybody, men, women & children.β
βI love the classes they are amazingβ
