βI went to see Mr Ka Ho Leung in April of this year with tightness and pain in my neck and trap. He found out pretty quickly what the issue was and other than just give me stretches and exercises to help with mobility and strength, he also fixed my posture, my ergonomic set up when working at the computer, how to sleep correctly and even help with my knee pain to get me back running again. Overall an amazing experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a physio. His assistance has greatly improved my life and I am very grateful for his expertise and careβ

βDanβs method of assessment and treatment is completely different to any other therapist I have met in the past. I came to him with a long list of sports related injuries, some of which were linked to scar tissue and past injuries! Most of the issues were resolved within 4-6 sessions. I still go for ongoing maintenance as and when required. If youβre open minded, give NKT a try. Dan is personable and a well trained professional in NKT, highly recommend.β

βIβve been training at Windmill ABC for a couple of years now, and itβs been an incredible experience! βGreat studio, the staff are really friendly and the poles are really tall. I also love that they have 3-hour open-training sessions, 3 times per week (in addition to taught classes). βMy daughter has really enjoyed learning to swim at Newhall school. She has had great teachers and really enjoys going every week. A bit of a late starter at 6 years old, she hasn't felt out of place and has taken to it really well. I learnt with Sue back in the 80s so was thrilled to see her legacy has continued and that there are several local venues to choose from. Highly recommend Sue's Swim School.β
βThis review is for the sports hall, which I and my friends attend for badminton on Wednesday evenings. Staff are friendly and always happy to help. Chairs and benches are available at request if they are not already out. It has changing facilities as well as a water fountain. Snacks are available from vending machines. There is a viewing gallery with chairs and tables also. The actual gym is not something I have used but can be seen from the car park as you walk to the entrance and a number of machines for use can be seen.β
βI take the kids swimming here. The instructors are lovely and it is clean. Nice staff.β
βIt's a nice and beautiful school I went to the school I did my BSC honours in nursingβ
βThe gym is on the smaller side compared to many other mainstream gyms, which means you may not find all of the machines you'd like to use here. Classes are very good. Gym generally busy at usual peak times but relatively quiet otherwise. Although it is a mixed gender gym, I don't find this to be an issue, unless it is really busy. Would benefit from free lockers beings as the membership is just as high as other well equipped gyms.β
βI just like how nice the couches are and how they look after u and tell u what to do and notβ
βMissing some equipment and you have to wait for some machines and benches (need more benches). Lots of cardio machines. Lovely staff. Can get my workout in. Canβt complain much for the price Iβm paying. Great spot.β
