“As a low carb vegetarian with a gluten intolerance, it’s fabulous to find a restaurant flexible and obliging enough to adjust their offerings to my atypical needs. Whilst hubby tucked in to his ribs with fries, my halloumi was served minus the rice or fries, but with a lovely range of (extra veg). It was so good that I asked if the halloumi I couldn’t manage could be boxed and the very friendly and obliging staff did just that. It’s so refreshing to find this level of service. My only critique is that the decor could be smartened up a little, but that did not detract from our experience.”

They have both been given fabulous opportunities such as taking part in the annual school show and competing in competitions. It's not your 'normal' gym, that's the best thing about it! It's a real community feel with everything you could possibly need for your health and well-being in one place! When I have a classes with Craig (Silverback Strength) I don't feel I need to drag myself there as I would going to a normal gym, i enjoy going there, I enjoy how the class pushes me and when I think I have nothing left to give, it turns out I do!! I couldn't recommend OSF more, it's a community, a Family.”

“My 15 year old daughter started here only a few weeks ago and absolutely loves it. There was no pressure at all when she started, they offer a trial service over 2 weeks to make sure you definitely want to do, but my daughter knew after 1 week it was what she wanted to do. The staff are all amazing and so helpful and friendly and you can ask them anything. My daughter has also signed up for the charity event this weekend where they are doing kickboxing from 9am and 9pm. It really is a lovely place and everyone is welcome. Couldn't recommend it enough and it was recommended to me too and I can see why! Keep doing what you're doing you're all awesome!”

Only £4(!) gym fee for pay as you go or membership available. 2 minute sign-up process that can be done on the day via friendly staff. I did this today and it was very quick and easy. Large sports hall has always and continues to accommodate children's birthdays and 'playtimes' with bouncy castles and soft play areas. Other days it houses gymnastics sessions, indoor football and coaching of sports science students from schools in Coventry, under Elite Sports. Holiday camps are often run from the centre through Elite Sports. Dates are posted onto their Facebook page under 'Elite sports' Shower and toilet facilities available.”
