“The staff are lovely and friendly. I love the hair washes as they are just superb (extra head massages are always enjoyed and they ask if you’re comfortable to have one). I was really shy about asking for such a big change but they discuss things with you and help by making suggestions without it feeling like you’re being taken over. Honestly I feel it’s always worth coming here and I’ve never had a bad experience no matter the service level I opt for! Also anyone that has issues with textures noises or such, while there’s a few strong fruit product smells it’s usually the end products and these are also opt out!”

“This is one of the best hair salons I have been too. Not just because they have very talented stylists (if you have curly hair ask for Ellie)and great products. But also their customer service is superb. Friendly professional and so helpful. Have two little kids and sometimes I need to take my 6 months old or my 4 year old. All the ladies are so helpful and offer to look after them when I have to get my hair washed. I just feel so looked after here and comfortable! Thank you!”

“Having just moved to the area I always find it nerve wracking trying a new hairdresser but Katie at Saks was wonderful! She listened to what I asked for and was happy to accommodate my wishes to use certain products. Being curly, I often find my hair is cut to be worn straight which I hate because I never straighten it. It was cut wet and styled naturally curly leaving me a very happy customer! Looking forward to using this salon again.”

“Went into Malcolm's to have my eyebrows and hair done. I was greeted in a really friendly manner, and my appointment was seen to right on time! The lady who did my eyebrows was really precise and made no rush of it at all. The lady who did my hair was really approachable and sweet and made me feel very relaxed. She listened to what I had to say this was honestly, the best hair cut I've ever had - I think the lady's name was Ying but I can't quite remember. I couldn't recommend more! Although I have to point out that unfortunately they do not take any form of credit or debit card payment...it's not really much of an issue though as there is a cash point right round the corner...thank you :)”

I decided to get my hair colored with highlights, and it turned out absolutely amazing! Initially, I wanted a lighter tone, and Olivia did exactly as I requested. Unfortunately, it didn't suit me well. But Olivia didn't give up! She showed me several colors and even tried another one on the same day that perfectly complemented my face. “Sreekanth is a best barber. Lovely bloke and best haircut I have ever had in and around Coventry. Does scissor cuts and cuts hair as exactly how it is explained. Infact doesn't need much explanation either. Can cut as per that will suit your face. Very rare to find real barbers who are skilled in scissor cuts. I Couldn't booK an appointment in time, but so kind enough to fit me in during his lunch break. Five star for customer service. You have definitely gained a long term customer. Top man.”
