I was really shy about asking for such a big change but they discuss things with you and help by making suggestions without it feeling like you’re being taken over. Honestly I feel it’s always worth coming here and I’ve never had a bad experience no matter the service level I opt for! Also anyone that has issues with textures noises or such, while there’s a few strong fruit product smells it’s usually the end products and these are also opt out!”

Carly has done an amazing job and we are extremely happy with the service provided. As we were nervous at first leaving Frankie in day care, Carly put our minds at ease by being very responsive, answering all our questions, clear on structure and amazing with Frankie. “I am petrified of the dentist thanks to an awful dentist (butcher!) when I was young. I have avoided going for so many years despite my teeth being very bad. I finally had to go due to cavity and getting excruciating nerve pain. After a few calls, I got an appointment with Torcross for following day. The ladies in the reception were lovely and helpful. I went upstairs and only one other person was in the waiting room but within a minute I was called into the consultation room. And met Dr Tang. I explained the issue and my extreme anxiety. He was so nice and explained everything and within 10 minutes, he had put a temp filling in and explained what we would need to do next. I have a follow up appointment for next week and I would never say I am looking forward to it but I am more comfortable and will be less stressed / anxious / afraid. Thank you Dr Tang / Torcross”
