I have spoken to a number of different people there, depending on what my question has been. I actually get to speak to the designer in person, if I need to, or if it’s not such a specific question, one of the other phone operatives will answer fully. “First, the atmosphere is brilliant!! They’ve recently done up the interior again, and it looks better than ever. Music is calm and fitting - nothing offensive. Food-wise, i’m never disappointed. The portions are generous and quality is consistent. Theres also some cooked options for those of you not so keen on trying the raw stuff.. Drinks are lovely too. They do a nice white chocolate matcha, but if thats not your thing then i recommend a taro or original milk tea. Cant go wrong really.. Overall i think its a really nice and cosy dining experience. Feels so inviting and homey - especially on such cold or rainy days - and the customer service is top. Perfect for small families, good friends, cute dates, or even on your own.”

“Stumbled upon this place by accident and what a hidden gem it is! Great Cask Ales and the food was exceptional. The staff are fantastic and nothings to much trouble. The Ham & Leek pie was perfect and the tall lady behind who served us was a very bubbly person. We will be returning for sunday dinner in a few weeks”

“The BEST deli in Warwickshire. An unbelievable range of local products mainly from Italy. They have a great selection of meats and cheeses alongside oils, pastas, panettone and more. The highlight of the store itself is the decor and the service. The place is beautiful - you can tell that they have spent much time in designing and decorating the shop and it certainly was worth it. With regards to the staff, they are so warm, friendly and were very helpful with explanations of products. I will definitely be coming back regularly!”

“Sunday afternoon search for coffee and gluten free cake and WOW not disappointed. Great selection of cakes, with at least one gluten free option. I went for the gluten free lemon cake and it was super moist, delicious lemon curd and buttercream between the three layers. My Mum went for coffee cake and enjoyed it thoroughly. Decaf coffee was top notch. My Mum was exceedingly happy with the hot chocolate too. We will be coming back and totally recommend. Great service”
