I have been a nightmare customer, many times Ive forgotten to re order my prescription and have gone in to Well for help and they have made sure that by the end of the day i was able to collect my tablets. I cannot and do not believe the comments made by M.Teagles and J.Hancock, they have both obviously been annoyed elsewhere in the day and have decided to take their anger out on what i deem to be very professional and caring staff. ....Gary Marsden”
“It's a good sized store in a town that needs more big names stores. I ordered online sinply because there was an offer online for no 7 products that wasn't available in store, but I collected the item from the shop. The staff were very helpful and the collection was quick and easy. There are social distancing measures in place to help shoppers feel safe but as its such a big store there were no queues or restrictions on the customer numbers”
“Placed a large with Simply Local BFF 16/11/23 (Better Fast Food) everything was delicious perfectly cooked, fresh and very tasty waffles and icecream are just the best. Highly recommended will definitely be ordering again.”
