Therefore, Joe at the front desk explained all this very politely and said there would be no charge which was such a relief as I'll probably be paying for it to get sorted elsewhere. They suggested I go to a specialist in this issue which is fine, just appreciated their customer service, and fairness as the issue will probably come back again. Thank you!”
