I gave them a call and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Despite it being almost out of hours and not the most convenient time, they came out promptly and got me back on the road quickly and efficiently. The technician who came out was friendly, polite, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything to me and made sure the replacement was done safely and properly. The price was very reasonable too – no inflated Sunday charges or call-out fees like you might expect from some places. It’s rare these days to find a business that genuinely cares about helping people, but King Street Tyres went out of their way to deliver top-notch customer service. I was really impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, and how easy they made what could have been a stressful situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future. A well-deserved 5 stars – thank you so much for your help!”
