Any request was never to much and dealt within a timely manner. All the staff there were extremely kind, helpful and always made the time to deal with me. The store is super spacious and well-organized, making it easy to browse through the huge range of products. The selection is one of the best I’ve seen in one place, with plenty of top brands and styles to choose from. Whether you’re into sports or just looking for everyday footwear, this store has you covered. Definitely worth a visit if you’re into quality and variety!”

“The most amazing customer service from Shoezone Uttoxeter. I bought the most lovely boots on a fantastic offer, but went up a size due to stock availability. These were also on a BOGOF. I then found the right size online. But no way of swapping them. I went into my local store and they sorted it all out for me. Everyone was super lovely and it was done super quick too. Shop in person, locally people. It's worth it.”

The styles are stunning and unlike anywhere else. It’s always such a treat to go in this shop and they have new styles in regularly at very reasonable prices - from beautiful original dresses (in so many colours!) to soft sparkly scarfs, gorgeous purses, lovely creative gifts etc. This is a ladies dream shop!”

“Good store with friendly and helpful staff. The store doesn't have a massive range but it doesn't provide the most popular items across all the mayor brands. The shoe selection is large and as is my favourite brand Adidas. The colour and styles at JD is great as they have many exclusive designs and they are always that bit special. Love the carrier bags too, always feel special. The points system on the app are also good money saver.”

“I’ve been shopping here for a long time.... it’s an outlet shopping experience that can save you hundreds of £’s over a year.... bedding super king sized retailing at £79 purchased for £35 all packaged, all very lovely M&S quality.... lovely towels and bath mats too.... as for clothing.... the labels are snipped to stop returns to shop... however, they do leave the size on if you look inside the garment! For those that don’t see the prices on each garment... that’s because there is a very simple pricing structure.... look for the cards dotted around... oh and asking he team also gets the price.... can’t fault team or service....”
