I must say the price was very competitive and he clearly explained all levels of cover and how it works etc. I wasn't ready to proceed so I suggested he called me in a couple of weeks to set up. Right on the nail he phoned back and we set up the policy. Whilst going through everything he remained professional in his job but at the same time had a normal chat.
