The staff is very decent and they do know what they are talking about. I would like to say a massive thank you to a shop owner (his name is Lewis), I've received a personal touch and a full understanding of my needs. He definitely knows a lot and can solve any possible problems you will ever encounter. I've purchased two vivariums, that has been selected particularly for my needs. I'm currently doing a set up with huge support from Lweis and once it comes to the species I want, those will be personally selected.. I'm so proud I have a very decent shop just literally next door! “I have used FM for many years and are always amazed at the care they receive. Last October Ruby Red Fox Labrador developed a lump and Hazel drove her to her vets in Burton and paid the bill until we could transfer funds. This April Ruby jarred a joint the day before we went on holiday. FM administered our metacam and texted me a few days later to say they thought she would be Ok without and both girls were happy and well. Priceless could stop worrying. Picked them up happy. Cannot recommend them highly enough. They care for the dogs as if they were their own loved ones”

“Popped in as I was passing through yesterday and was welcomed by the most lovely lady, I didn’t catch her name sadly! I was looking for a robust toy for my Labrador and she was so very helpful! “I can't thank them enough after my recent visit gave me advise on herbal suppliments and change of diet for my itchy dog who has a bad stomach! After just 2 days of new food and herbal remedy she is actually passing normal poos and hasn't done that in 12 years! Fingers crossed she stays itch free too!!!”

“Took both my dogs in today, (11yo cocker spaniel & 3yo bull x lurcher) one for a hair cut and both for a bath and pamper, they both came out happy and they smell amazing, nails trimmed, perfect hair cut and no nicks, the team were profesional and friendly and I’ve already booked the next visit.
