“We weren’t the regular guests, Dad and grown up son with severe learning difficulties for a birthday treat. I’d pre-discussed the visit and then booked online as directed. Two afternoon passes with high tea and two additional treatments for my son. From the moment we walked in we were treated royally by all the staff. Greeted by name, handled both warmly and sensitively. Nothing was too much trouble. The amazing facilities are well documented in other reviews, but it’s the warmth of the staff that I want to highlight. A perfect experience.”

The staff were all amazing both at my pre opp and whilst I was in overnight they couldn't do enough to help and make sure you were comfortable. They checked on me regularly after my opp to do OBS and were never a minute late. They made my operation go without a hitch. Thank you!”
