I could not have asked for better! I had the copper coil fitted else where a few years ago (had to have it taken out a few months ago) and it was horrible experience, very painful, brought me to tears, yesterday I had the hormonal coil fitted, which was no where near as painful as the last coil. No tears. They was so helpful in keeping me distracted and calm. I am forever thankful! I will be using this clinic from now on. All the staff here are lovely, the reception lady was great! To the nurse that told me the correct way to the exit! The gentleman man that picked my badge up that I dropped. You are all lovely! Thank you so much!”

The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The lady who took my blood put me at ease, despite the fact I dislike needles and it took a couple of attempts to obtain a sample. These nerves were also helped as I arrived 15 mins early but was seen straight away.”
