βCatherine was wonderful and made my nervous father very comfortable. Iβm so pleased weβve been to see her after weeks of worry. Service was thorough, parking was easy and most of all the practitioner was wonderful.β
βVery friendly welcome. Laura was lovely and explained each step. Dr Sharma was amazing, very encouraging and supportive. Answered all my questions nothing was too much trouble. I left feeling positive and with a plan for my next steps to improve my health and wellbeing. I would totally recommend the hospital and the care I received.β
βI have used Kelly for years for my treatments she is very professional at everything she does and has a very wide range of treatments, would recommend to anyone .β

βWe were asked by our Daughter in Law to take our Grandaughter swimming. The building was easy to find with clear parking. The welcome was warm and clear instructions given. We were able to watch her swimming class from the balconey comfortably seated. There appeared to be many events held in is busy establishment. A good facility for all to use.β

βGood place to wind down and place your focus on something new to learn! Great place for some fitness in your free time. Even the simplest techniques can be extremely helpful in basic self defence.β
βI cannot fault the care I was given when admitted for my foot op. From receptionists , nurses, anaesthetists & the surgeon. Caring, friendly & professional. Thanks especially go to Reena & Nisha on the orthopaedic admissions ward. Two very busy nurses who never rushed when checking obs or answering questions. If I needed anything they were there, nothing was too much trouble. Reena gave me tips for coping at home & made me feel at ease throughout a long day. The whole experience was excellent, even with the post op pain.β
βMy children have been coming here for years for their swimming lessons, can't fault the swim teachers and how much my children have progressed. Not fond of the female changing rooms, lack of showers and sometimes the changing rooms smell of urine.β
βNot long started swimming here, Iβm not one for swimming but needed it as part of my recovery, started the womanβs only sessions, which was not a great experience and was to quit, but then got talking to Kerry who works there, she was very understanding, listened and convinced me to continue swimming the sessions as things get easier etc and Iβm glad I did approach her as she is the main reason Iβm still swimming here, I see the staff to get a lot of hassle from the woman in pool complaining about any little thing, they get very rude, but the staff always keep there cool, we should appreciate the staff more.β
βI couldnβt be more grateful to a receptionist called Laura who went above & beyond to help with an issue we had, she called back several times until the issue was resolved. Laura was friendly, professional & nothing was too much trouble. 5 star service thank you.β
βWe are here most Friday's with my 3-year old niece it's lovely the staff here are helpful and friendly and the prices are still reasonable. Recommend Tuesdays Wednesdays if you prefer quieter times. We come here around 11 a.m. on Fridays and it can get busy. Think they need some sort of vending machine or coffee machine to save me going into the shopping centre...β
βFantastic paediatric care. Our son attended for two knee operations, which entailed general anaesthetic and overnight stays. The care he received from the Children and Young Persons Team, on both occasions, was second to none. He was constantly monitored and looked after by the friendliest nurses we have encountered. We are grateful to them as it made for an overall excellent customer experience.β
βI had tried getting intouch with heron gp practise for 3 weeks requesting the practise manager to contact me as a request from 7th November had not been actioned and receptionists disconnect the call after leaving me on hold for over an hour. After visiting st matthews practise today and speaking with Jasmine about the matter, it was resolved in a matter of hours with a call to myself to confirm. Now this is fantastic service from Jasmine. Staff that answer the phone at the other practice are clueless and donβt take the time to look into my notes on file and told me that another request needs to be sent. Jasmine has saved me alot of time and further stress. Thank you Jasmine Youβre a starβ
βHonestly but surprised on read the reviews on Nuffield Health Leicester. I joined October 2024 and pretty much Iβm there 6 classes a week. Now I main go early morning and there is no issue of over being crowded. My 5 star review is based on has my fitness and health improved! Easy answer yes. Again my review do I feel comfortable in the Gym! Yes. Donβt feel intimidated at all. Are the staffing helpful and friendly! Yes. My review will be 5 stars as Iβm getting everything I need. Now I can understand a few comments people have made. The studios floors really could with a few repairs. Showing new members around and seeing this is not a good impression. Honestly the gym could do with a bit of improvement, but again currently Iβm very happy with the site. Thanks for helping me improve my fitnessβ
βWe can't praise the hospital enough, from the transport team who transferred us to the hospital from our local hospital, the surgeons, radiologists, consultants and doctors who saved our daughter's life, to the nurses and HCAs who kept her stabilised and cared for, and the housekeepers and cleaners who reassured us and accommodated overnight stays for us to be close to her. Thank you all!β
βI had such a nice experience here. Came to get my implant removed and replaced and everyone every step of the way was so easy and reassuring. Staff are all so polite and lovely. Was genuinely impressed. Thank you for making something scary so easy :)β
βModern facilities with wheel chair access. Parking at rear (entrance via Willow Court), cost Feb 2025 Β£1 per hour. Payment by coins or phone app (see photos for more info). The facility has lifts as well as WC on both floors. Very clean. Update on paying by mobile app, for 1 hour parking it's Β£1 plus 25p for service charge so you will end up paying Β£1.25 for 1 hour parking. The app is easy to use however the app map does not show this place so enter the park code (810095).β
βCannot praise the staff enough, I get that had we arrived a few hours later or earlier, may have been a different story, however, what we experienced what nothing short of incredible. Our 6 year old came with severe headaches, poor lad didn't get a chance to play with the Lego he was brought because the staff were completely on it, there wasn't a 2 minute break between someone coming in to do some tests, observations etc, we had to wait for results but, this is A&E in the NHS.. we'd always say more staff, more room, more hospitals even, but today they managed, at least with us, a treatment we're proud of. Thank you NHS.β
βI have always found this surgery. Very helpful when I contact them via the online system. Nine times out of 10. I always get a call back one of the doctors rings me as I am being monitored on certain medications, I have always found them pleasant and caring although I find the female doctors to be better than the males. That is not a sexist. Comment It has just been my experience. Overall I find the practise very goodβ
