“Kirsty has a real talent to strengthen clients both physically and mentally. We started 6 months post baby when I was binge eating during night feeds due to lack of sleep and I’d put on over 10kg and lost all my motivation. Kirsty responded quickly to my blurry eyed request for a session and we started work, sometimes with baby strapped onto me, sometimes with an abundance of snacks lined up at the ready lol. Accessible workouts from home that felt fun, whilst getting me fit. I never once believed I would ever love exercise again having got to a size 16. Kirsty gave me the confidence to start back up again gently, I never felt pushed into anything but have even more importantly regained my self motivation. I now successfully ran a 10k which I would never have signed up for without kirsty’s encouragement I could get there in 12 weeks and we did :) Now down to a size 12 and even more motivated to go further we are aiming for a half marathon and my pre-baby size 10!! Can’t thank/recommend kirsty enough!”
