“I was waiting to be served this morning and the young man Serving was talking to an older gentleman, instead of just nodding politely he intentlay listened and to my surprise gave a great reply, he also helped the genleman to his car, he came back in smiling which really touched me. He then proceded to serrve and although i didnt get him i listened as he treated the next customer with great service.
