“Outstanding Implant Care from Dr Ferhan and Kasia I had what could have been a very complicated and costly complication during an implant crown fitting at another practice in Edinburgh, where the screw unfortunately fractured inside the implant. As a dentist myself, I knew how technically challenging it is to remove a broken screw from within an implant and that it would require a highly skilled surgeon. I contacted Edinburgh Dental and was offered a same-day appointment. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism of the entire team was evident. I was seen by Dr Ferhan, whom I knew through my colleges years but had never met in person before. His expertise, calm approach and precision were truly exceptional. He successfully removed the broken screw and arranged for a replacement. Today I returned for the fitting of the new screw and crown, assisted by Kasia. The appointment was smooth, efficient and completed within 15 minutes. The result is excellent – my crown is perfectly fitted and feels completely natural again. I am extremely pleased with both the treatment outcome and the outstanding care I received throughout. I had to get a filling today and I have to say it was a calm and stress free experience. Auleep is my current dentist and he done an excellent job of explaining all that was going to happen and what he planned to do. I felt at ease and relaxed the entire time. “Excellent service! I have always hated going to the dentist as I’d had a very anxious dentist in portobello, who made me feel uneasy on every visit. I looked for a new dentist, and after reading reviews, decided to swap to Vitality Dental Care a year ago. I have had appointments with both Dr Adam and Dr Omar. Both of them are incredible at what they do, they are both so calm and reassuring. I bit into (what I believed to be) a pitted olive on Sunday which unfortunately had a full olive stone in it. It knocked out my front canine tooth. This has required lots of appointments and decisions but Vitality couldn’t have been more helpful nor supportive in guiding me through the process and explaining all my options. Today I had root canal treatment with Dr Adam. I was extremely nervous as had heard horror stories about root canal, but it was absolutely fine.
