The original blemish was fine but it was considered a mole on my ear needed further examination. The consultant recommended taking a biopsy and that was carried out an hour later. All staff were excellent especially Karen and Efe who carried out the biopsy. It’s all too easy to complain when things don’t go well but forget to congratulate for a job well done.
