“Assistance just when you need it the most - This was certainly the case for me today. Needed a puncture repair to get me from Haddington to Glasgow thanks to a screw in my tyre. Had tried calling a few companies who told me next day or just weren't able to do it. This van passed me at the right time and was able to grab the number from the side and give him a quick call.
