“Outstanding Implant Care from Dr Ferhan and Kasia I had what could have been a very complicated and costly complication during an implant crown fitting at another practice in Edinburgh, where the screw unfortunately fractured inside the implant. As a dentist myself, I knew how technically challenging it is to remove a broken screw from within an implant and that it would require a highly skilled surgeon. I contacted Edinburgh Dental and was offered a same-day appointment. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism of the entire team was evident. I was seen by Dr Ferhan, whom I knew through my colleges years but had never met in person before. His expertise, calm approach and precision were truly exceptional. He successfully removed the broken screw and arranged for a replacement. Today I returned for the fitting of the new screw and crown, assisted by Kasia. The appointment was smooth, efficient and completed within 15 minutes. The result is excellent – my crown is perfectly fitted and feels completely natural again. I am extremely pleased with both the treatment outcome and the outstanding care I received throughout. I would highly recommend Dr Ferhan Ahmed, Kasia and Edinburgh Dental to anyone requiring implant or surgical dental treatment. A truly first-class service from start to finish.”

“My credit isn’t the best and I wasn’t sure what to expect with everyday loans in Edinburgh however I have to say the experience was almost enjoyable. The first contact I had was via the phone with Cindy who was very professional- she went through all my initial info but didn’t make it feel intrusive... very matter of fact which I liked. I was then invited to make an appointment which I did for the same day. The offices are up the stairs near Costa coffee which was the only thing that slightly put me off but I actually am mad at myself for even thinking that because the service I was given was second to none. Cindy met me by shaking my hand and then Donna cane through who is the manager there( I think I’m correct)and again introduced herself and shook my hand. It’s all very above board - credit checks are done and ID is taken and photocopied but although I couldn’t get a loan with my bank I got a loan here. There was no time at all that I felt pushed into a loan- even at the end when I was signing paperwork Cindy said to me I could think about it rather than rushing into it although we had already discussed the alternatives and whether a loan was the best option etc etc. . And even before I signed on the dotted line and certain literature was given to me to read I still did not feel forced into it/ in fact you would normally pay for the financial advice I was given. I received the monies into my account within a couple of hours and my credit card debts were paid overnight. I read reviews as people are normally honest and I also have been totally honest - it’s a professional but friendly business and if you are needing a loan I would definately recommend them even if you go and have a chat with them first to see if you are eligible. Inside the reception area, you ring the buzzer for attention and someone soon appeared to take my documents and payment. The documents reached their destination 3 days later as promised. All in all it was a great experience, excellent staff, and I would use again.”
