βI was one of the first of so few to attend the Primary school as it opened it's doors in the early 70's. it was a great time in my early life. We shared Lethem primary and Craigshill high for a short time until St. Andrews was built. I cannot remember the first headmaster's name but he was not there too long until he retired along with his wife. Both have since died. One of the teachers I do remember was Mrs. Gavin. I liked the open space plan there. When I rained hard or was to cold we would congregate in a classroom to play. Lunch time was something else as you had o sit correctly and have no behavior issues at this time. The dinning room was used for gym and on the week-ends for the jumble sales/fete. It was a great time in my young life and such great memories that I still have. The teachers were terrific and it was a sad day when you had to leave to go to high school.β

βThis is my school I came from XDβ
βGreat school. We go there for the swimming and is better than the large pools as its easier to keep warm. Also got good halls for hiring for local facilities.β
βI started Kuk Sool Won in March as a way to take my mind of the stresses of work. I was quickly made to feel really welcome by everyone especially the instruction team. After a few months I decided to bring my 2 very different kids along which was a great move! They both love it! One is more athletic so loves that element of it while the other is more sensitive who really enjoys learning the techniques and forms. For us it has meant we can all share something positive and we even occasionally have kuk sool play fights so it's been great to bring us together. I struggled to get "the sensitive one" into any activity so the fact that he has taken to Kuk sool has been great from a parents point of view to see the development in him over the past few months has been really positive. I couldn't recommend highly enough from an individual, family or kids perspective there is something for everyone.β
βI have a Granddaughter in Little Flyers Livingston. When I pick her up she is always happy and tells me she has spent most of her day outdoors. I love that they have free flow. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The manager is very approachable and always greets parents with a smile. Great nursery with lots of links to the community. Would highly recommend.β
βThis is an absolutely excellent dance school, my daughter has been going since the age of 1! Her confidence has grown so much and she has met a lovely group of friends. The teachers she has had are so friendly and nurturing with the children, always including everyone even on their off days. I catch my little girl practising her dance moves around the house and it makes me burst with pride. I know she enjoys it and she has the biggest smile on from the moment she gets her uniform on. All the staff have been very friendly to us, it is a clean and safe space and the equipment is great. Highly recommend and I always recommend to parents.β
βLovely, clean and spacious surroundings, in a quaint old building - with car parking at entrance. Home made lentil soup was piping hot and really tasty. And some quite unique cheesecake flavours - all the ones we ordered were delicious. Wasnβt that busy for lunchtime which seems such a shame. It is a little off the beaten track, but well worth a visit.β

βGreat gym with loads of equipment & plenty of space. Cafe on site & plenty of parking. Changing rooms are good, but a little difficult to find if you don't know where they are, signage isn't great, but overall a great gymβ
βThe best training you will ever receive here in Edinburgh, I have never been more proud, more privileged to have been trained here. Each and every tutor know's the profession because they are either in it or have been. Top Class Training here in Edinburgh. If you want to be trained professionaly and you can't afford to train in London, this academy is the place to be. #OnlyAtMGAβ
βAmazing place for a child's party! Just had my sons 4th birthday here, and it was very well organised. The staff are very helpful and everyone had a brilliant time!β
βI do like Clarks, due to having swollen legs/ ankles not every shoe I like fits. I found a lovely pair of ankle boots in their old branch in Glasgow which lasted me for a number of years. I was delighted to see a branch at Retail park, and the selection of shoes were perfect. Pay Extra but at least you know they will be durable.β
