So far they have been absolutely brilliant and Banjo seems very happy and comfortable with everyone. They all take great care of him, provide us with lots of photo updates and even go the extra mile by adhering to our weird and wonderful requests like putting scrambled eggs in his kibble! My partner and I have complete peace of mind whilst we are at work and we know our puppy is in great hands. I would definitely recommend We Love Pets Livingston to others and will continue to use them as Banjo grows up and can join the other big dogs on walks!”

They did emergency surgery on one of my dogs and end of life care on another, explaining every step of the way. I've now said goodbye to two of my dogs and the vets and rest of the staff were kind and understanding. They are doing great work.”

“I was at billy for my dog as she has been taking fits he gave me a month worth of tablets he is the best vetenarian I've ever met he isn't in it for the money he cares emmensly about the animals and there wellbeing ive been coming to billy for a good few years before ive been to a few vets before I started going to billy you can see the other vets were in it for the money the were wanting to do blood test that cost over £200 then the medicine and injection thats without a fee for just seeing my dog it's disgusting what the charge if they were all like billy the veterinary world would be a far better place he is an absolute gentleman knows what he is talking about when you go to Billy's practice it is very homely its got benches for you to sit on its got water outside for the animals when it is raining there are umbrellas outside for everyone so many people go to billy with there pets he is the best I would highly recommend to everyone to go to billy im not sure but I think his son works with him as well he is fantastic as well the two of them are all about the animals not financial gain thanks again billy for seeing mya your a star”

“We have been with Lamond Vets for 3 years now. We joined when our previous vets misdiagnosed the condition of one of our cats which ended up with the partial amputation of his tail. We now have all our three cats registered with Lamond Vets. All three are rescues from the Scottish SPCA. The place is welcoming the moment you step in, with the receptionists always treating you with a smile. “I’ve had four recent visits to Carmondean Medical Group and telephone appointment to discuss my results and each time the care has been outstanding. The first time, I called around 8:15 a.m. with some symptoms I’d had for a day or two. I expected to see a DN, but the receptionist advised I’d need to see a doctor instead. I was given a same-day appointment for 10:30 a.m. with Dr. Newell, who was amazing—so kind and thorough. I got my prescription, and everything was handled efficiently. A few days later, the pain was still there. I called again, got seen quickly, and my prescription was changed. During my follow-up, I was supported every step of the way. Unfortunately, I later had an allergic reaction and was struggling to breathe. I called around 5 p.m. and got a quick call back from a doctor, who asked me to come in for a 5:30 appointment. This time I saw Dr. Gray, who was also lovely and reassuring. The entire team—from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors—has been fantastic. After some difficult experiences with other practices in the past, Carmondean Medical Group truly stands out. You all deserve 5 stars. Thank you for everything!”

“I've been to this pharmacy multiple times, and the staff have always been nothing but nice and pleasant. They definitely don't deserve all the negative reviews. Other people moaning about not receiving medication immediately is completely unrealistic. The staff are always super busy and are doing their best, especially with a fast growing local population. My only gripe is the manager needs to order more stock in advance if possible, but other than that, great pharmacy.”
