“The LOVELIEST STAFF in the Braehead store. Helped solve a problem which the call centre down in Manchester got wrong and handled extremely poorly. The only reason I’m staying with this company is due to the girls in store realising the mistake made by the call handler.I would recommend visiting the store rather than “online” orders as I’ve heard it’s been wrong with a few folk.But once again the lovely girls in store handled things so much better THANK YOU”
