The member of staff that dealt with me fitted me in to their schedule, quoted for the repair then proceeded to do the work. I was in and out within 30 minutes, and the work needed was as quoted. In addition, they checked and reset all my tyres and gave me a free report and video of the work (nothing needed, all fine). Excellent service and very welcoming staff.”

“Hi I would just like to email you and let you know how happy I was with the service at your centre on East Kilbride. I called this morning as I urgently required 2 front tyres for my car and the manager advised I needed an appointment but if I came in at 2.30pm they could fit me in. When I arrived I was approached by the manager who couldn’t have been more helpful. He asked me to sit in the waiting area while he quickly drove my car in, got 2 of his staff to help get the tyres needed and he had my tyres changed within 10minutes. I noticed he put a cover over my drivers seat and sanitised before and after. He also advised I did not need to sign any documentation due to Covid restrictions. “Skilled mechanics - and no shortcuts. They identified an issue with my wheels that other premium name businesses had not. A rather unsual repair had to be done but they offered to do it without any fuss and did and quality job. In the end the one small repair addressed 3 issues relating to the wheels, including one safety concern. I've had my car serviced here too, and no issues there either.”

“Found myself stranded in Glasgow when my car broke down there yesterday. Took it here and the team were was straight up honest and said it was so knackered it would cost more to fix it than was worth the hassle as it was in all fairness a very old car. Many mechanics would have capitalised on my dire situation as I was 300 miles away from home when this happend! But these guys helped me out by pointing me to a few hire places nearby and kept an eye on the bits in my old car whilst I looked for a new one instead. They're decent, knowledgeable, hardworking people who are professional and kind too.
