“I called the morning that I was going to view a van for sale nearby and they were able to see me same day for a 'pre MOT' test to let me know if there was anything to be concerned about with the van before I bought it. They put it up on the racks and ran a few tests on it and explained anything I had questions/concerns about. Very patient with someone who knows nothing about vans and gave me the peace of mind I was looking for, along with what seemed like trustworthy and genuine service. I'd highly recommend this place.”

They had to remove and replace the whole ceiling, repair the bathroom floor and fit a new toilet and cistern. All work has been finished to a very high standard, and Willie the project manager kept us up to date with what was going on, and answered any questions we had promptly.”

“I was passed on to Strathclyde Gearbox Services by the garage who done my MOT. I would absolutely recommend anyone needing work done regarding gearbox issues to give this place a call. My car was initially in for a small oil leak and Alan identified another issue with my gearbox, both issues fixed on the same day and price was fairly reasonable. Brilliant service from start to finish. Alan and team are very professional and know what they are doing!”

“Went to Halfords to look for a bike for one of my sons. Was helped by a very helpful chap named Brian. After asking us some questions, we settled on a Carrera Crossfire 2. Brian was quite happy to explain the differences between the 3 models. At no point did we feel under any pressure from Brian to make a choice or to hurry up. He was more than happy to answer all our questions. It was a delight being served by Brian. We came back two months later and bought another bike for one of my other sons. I expect to go back and purchase another bike for my daughter soon. Can't thank Brian enough for his assistance and his knowledge is excellent, as is his attitude to customer service. “Booked all 4 new tyres for my Jeep Renegade via black circles (1st time) in April and 1st time at Cooper Brothers. Slight mix up with timeslot but situation recovered promptly and new booking slot confirmed. (No big deal) Very friendly, professional, efficient staff member, it was almost Hypnotic watching all 4 come off, get each tyre removed in sequence, swapped out and reloaded. Whether I use black circles or not, I'd definitely be back to Cooper Brothers. Great job!”

“The work done is always top quality. The price is always reasonable and I've never had an issue. However today getting a new tyre replaced as I ran over a bolt. I was waiting for my tyre to get replaced and went outside instead of the normal waiting area. I seen the mechanic looking in my glovebox box for my wheelkey. There was old pictures of my grandmother in there and I seen him show them to other workers and was laughing. I found this really inappropriate.”

“Fantastic little garage, always my first port of call if I have any issues with mine or my wife's car. They provide a top professional service, don't beat around the bush and tell you exactly what the issue is and detail out the repairs/replacements. We'd previously taken my wife's car in when there was a problem with the indicator. Turns out it was just some loose cabling, the guys fixed it and refused to take any money for it as it was such an easy fix. We had previously taken the car to another local garage about the same issue twice, was charged each time and it would break again within a couple days. Since we got it back from Broadwood Cars over a year ago we've never had an issue again. Would highly recommend them.”
