As someone with a lot of anxiety I can ask a lot of questions and overthink a lot but at no point did I feel at all I was second guessing myself / self conscious about this which is really unusual for me in these types of scenarios. It would be a miss to leave out the Care Advisor ( Sheila ? ) who was also so compassionate and very informative with regards to what to expect, billing / insurance etc. She showed such a genuine interest in my cat and what had happened, and similarly to the Vet was able to put me at ease almost instantly. A massive thank you to the entire team at Vets4Pets Cumbernauld - we wouldn’t manage without you!”

“The team of the Biggar Health Centre is just amazing. We are first time parents of a now 1 year old girl and twice now we were very worried about her wellbeing. Just yesterday I had to collect my baby from nursery after being informed that she was sick and had 39,2 fever. The nursery staff suspected an ear infection. I had phoned Biggar Health Centre late in the afternoon and Dr. Goldie called me back. I still had to take the train from Glasgow to Carstairs and drive up to Biggar and I expected to arrive after 5. Still, Dr. Goldie was willing to see my girl on such short notice. What was for me the most impressive act of kindness that he actually went to the pharmacy which closes at 5 pm to get antibiotics and ibuprofen just in case she needed it. That is the second time now that the staff went above and beyond to help us and our little girl! I am very grateful for the amazing care and despite all the problems in the NHS the people are just amazing.”
