Until now, I've not been happy with the work the (ever changing ) staff at the Groom Room did with my dog. It was in a word : MEH. Uneven, choppy. No more. Ever since the new crew have been there: Pam, Colleen, Alex and Sophie I have been very very happy. Pam has done his hair twice and if I were not moving to a new country I would continue here for sure. All four new staff are wonderful. They demonstrate intense delight with the dogs and their owners. They take their time with check in - making certain they understand what I want and showing me the difference in the different cutting combs. Highly Recommend!”
