From the warm welcome at reception to the procedure itself - what a relaxed, welcoming, civilised and friendly environment! Had a scale and polish and Dr Lindsay took SUCH care cleaning every tooth thoroughly and gently, like she was polishing fine gemstones to be set in a million pound crown! She also took the time to demonstrate how to better clean my teeth showing me with a toothbrush and mirror the exact right angle to hold the brush. I would absolutely recommend this dentist to anyone, especially anyone who is feeling fragile or nervous, as the compassion and sensitivity shown by the staff here, along with the pain free procedures, is exceptional. Customer for life, right here. Thankyou.”

“I wish I had moved here years ago. Lorraine, the office manager was the first person I met when I walked through the door. She was so welcoming and inviting. I just had this lovely comfortable feeling about the place. And I am so glad I registered with them. Andy, my dentist is just lovely. Asked me everything I wanted done and talked me through everything. He has this calming effect about him and is very professional. His dental assistant was so lovely too, making me feel really at ease. I have to say, every staff member I have spoken to have been so lovely, helpful and accommodating. On my last visit, as I was leaving Andy’s room I heard a voice saying Hi Audrie, how are you getting on. It was Lorraine the office manager, as I passed her office, she was checking in with me to see I was satisfied with everything. Just that small gesture of remembering me from all those weeks ago made me feel really looked after. I can’t recommend this dentist enough. They are amazing. Thank you all xx”

“After putting it off for years, I finally took the decision to have dental implants. It wasn't an easy decision as it was my two front teeth. I attended the free consultation & immediately felt at ease & trusting of the staff. The dentist David & nurse Mila were so nice, explaining what having implants entailed. I decided to go ahead. Obviously I was very apprehensive but I needn't have worried. After the initial injections, which are always a bit nippy, I felt nothing. David constantly reassured me, explained what he was doing & gave me regular breaks. It wasn't until later in the day I realised I had 6 stitches in my mouth. I took pain killer on day of surgery & next day but I can honestly say that I was astonished at how little pain & discomfort I felt. There was a healing time of approx 12 wks. I now have my implants & can't express enough how great they are compared to dentures. Yes they take a bit of getting used to but I an delighted with them. After years of worrying about dentures breaking or falling out & can now relax & be more confident, can bit with my front teeth & food taste so much better. I cannot thank David & all the staff enough. If you are considering implants, then visit Morpho, you won't regret it.”

The girls in Well’s are always cheerful and let’s be honest if your in a chemist your not feeling great so getting a really warm welcome from the team makes a difference. Unfortunately I am at the chemist on a regular basis but the upside is that it’s great to see the team and cheer yourself up listening to their banter.
