They gave me the entire bottom floor and made sure that no one else would come down as to respect my privacy. I just got my hair cut by Cheryl yesterday and it has got to be one of the most in depth appointments I've ever had. She spent so much time getting to the bottom of exactly what I wanted, telling me in detail what she was going to do and gave me the exact haircut that I wanted, all whilst being so friendly and lovely. It was honestly as if she'd copy and pasted the picture I had shown her onto me! Once there, my MOT failed due to a couple of problems with my rear lights. Knowing that I need the car to work, they fixed all the problems with the lights (and even more) straight away so I could get back in the road immediately and safe!!and the price for all the work done was more than fair for such kindness and professionalism.
