“Felt compelled to write a review after seeing the negative ones. Obviously can't comment on their experiences so I have to rate based on my own experience. I bought quite a bit of gear from them, amps, wiring and sub. The sub was going to take longer than estimated date to get to me than quoted from the preorder estimate. The seller got in contact with me via email promptly and offered me a full refund no questions asked or if I wouldn't mind waiting a bit longer. I decided to wait as I was in no rush and the item was received and due to the wait was offered a discount off of my next purchase, which they followed through with a considerable discount. Customer service was great in my experience and kept me in the know. Been a pleased customer with great products and the bass still turns heads at car shows from a single 15!
