“I find it hard to believe how anyone who loves Chinese food could slate this place (maybe because its one of the only authentic Chinese take away left in Hull) I have been using Oriental Star regularly for years and never had one problem, food is authentic and always fresh, delivery is always prompt, best in Hull IMO”

I ordered the mixed starter #2 & if it was for 2 people, that would suffice. But, if you're someone who admires flavour and quality then you'd be a fool to share. The squid was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. Exceeded my expectations & perfect for my cheat day. The lady on the phone was so lovely. The delivery driver lady was so kind too. “Was passing through & bought a large mix donner with chips. It was handsdown the best mix donner I have had in a long time!! The chips were cooked on order & the salad & sauces really complemented the combination & it was reasonably priced at £8.50 which was the large portion. Will definitely come here again when im next in Hull.”
