“Called at Screwfix, Brigg to collect a radiator valve, as none of the Hull branches had the one in I wanted. For years, my Screwfix account has had the wrong name on it, as it was erroneously set up in the name of the first person I had purchased a radiator for, to do a job. I have been told previously that I would have to download the Screwfix app, to change the name on the account myself. Well I just have to mention and commend Zoe at Screwfix, Brigg. What a breath of fresh air she was. She said she could change the name on my account, and it took her about 5 minutes. She was really friendly and helpful, what excellent customer service.
