“Popped in here today 15/11/25 What a lovely vibe! People meeting/ greeting/ chilling, great food, Spotlessly clean! Hard working friendly staff! The breakfasts being brought out looked gorgeous, plentiful, and reasonably priced! We had a selection of drinks and toasted teacakes, scrumptious! I learnt from the Manager John that its a privately run cafe, and not council, home baked goods by a lady called Margo, they looked divine and a variety. The walls are decorated with black and photographs of this fantastic park in early yrs and HULL CITY FC signed kit. Long may this delightfull place reign...Much respect to all...What a team!”
“I use My Cafe a lot and its a great place to eat , great food and lovely staff . A good old fashioned cafe. I was in there this morning and I dropped my wallet. When I realised I didn't have it is retraced my steps and phoned them. They had found it under the table is was at and put to one side for. Such a relief, lovely honest people . Thank you x”
“The review is only for Swimming academy! My daughter joined swimming classes with Lucy Chrost when she was three, and she now moved level up as she turned 4. We absolutely love every lesson with Lucy! She always finds energy to deal with kids with a smile, makes lessons fun, interactive, inclusive. I was amazed witnessing her, there was one day when she was In the middle of explaining the next exercise to the kids and one of the students was messing about and put arm bands on his feet. She stopped almost mid sentence and immediately turned over to the kid and explained why it is unsafe to do that. Because it was a safety thing. I was amazed! Very grateful and happy to be part for team splosh!”
“Friendly atmosphere with good customer service and good food. Prices reflect the quality”
“Oh, this was a grand little find! Tucked away in a back room behind the church. Open Fridays only 10 til 2. Friendly, pleasant and relaxing, very much community feel vibe. Reasonably priced menu with homemade baking proffered. Children's menu. Good range of hot drinks. I had a slab of homemade orange cake and it was the lightest, fluffiest of concoctions. Right choice! I had a brie and cranberry panini which was a colourful and tasty plateful. I'd have tried the courgette and brie soup on the specials board but only saw that after ordering. Good to have a more unusual selection. Recommended and would revisit.”
“Just love this little place. Food is wholesome and reasonably priced. Kids beans on toast for just £2. Little play area, clothes swap and drop, books and jigsaws for the children. There's even a little fresh bakery where you make donations. Stones throw away from the trains station and Flemingage!”
“A nice quiet and relaxing place Food and drinks at a reasonable price Staff friendly and helpful”
“Excellent cafe for a morninng cup of tea after shopping in the supermarket”

“Fabulous little gem in Beverley. Perfect position with superb friendly customer service and amazing coffee! Great value for money”
“Friendly staff. Good quality food cooked to order and served hot.”
“I was in the library near Venue Hull Central Library Cafe, and I remember thinking to myself "this looks like a good book, but I would like somewhere to sit and read it whilst eating good cake and drinking even better coffee" and then just as I was about to leave the library I saw Venue Hull Central Library Cafe and I went in and they had cakes and coffee so I bought some of both and I read my book whilst eating good cake and drinking better coffee. It was all absolutely lovely and even though the book was rubbish, I won't knock a star off for that because that wasn't the cafe's fault, that's probably just down to my inability to pick good books.”
“Been here 3 times now and Beautiful food and lattes, amazing staff always aims to please”
“Meals were great. Getting a bit expensive but quality is still there”
“Overall, great Morrisons Cafe. For £6.99 I bought a half Chicken, Chips, tub of Coleslaw served with a side salad. Had to wait 15 minutes, but the Chicken was fresh and the chips and salad were good too. Atmosphere, was poor, in that there were young parents with noisy children. But hey! The food was excellent and someone else did the washing up, result.”
“It's a well stocked shop with various items from household goods, clothing, opticians to car and obviously food. Personally I'd like a bigger section for garden/house plants instead of things being seasonal - these areas are not seasonal if you are an avid gardener. Staff are friendly and helpful and the place has plenty of parking for all. There is also an onsite garage (card payment - no kiosk).”
“Very helpful staff. I have never had a problem that hasn't been solved. Staff go out of their way to help. Great customer service.”
“Staff are so friendly. Cafe always busy because food is delicious and drinks are perfect.”
“My partner and i enjoyed our breakfasts today. They were cooked really well and there were lots of options to remove or add items. Like the new screens for ordering but miss the old decor.”
“Great cafe. I had a cheese and ham panini, which comes with salads, tasted amazing. Close to the station. If I would ever visit Hull again I would go to The Royal Cafe again.”
