“Absolutely brilliant, I was forced to change to a different Lloyds by Lloyds direct, messed my prescription up leaving me with no medication for 3 days. Lloyds morrill street sorted it out straight away for me and I picked my full prescription up within half hour of calling them. Thankyou to the staff. X”
“Amazing all around! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted, and I was in and out with what I needed in less than five minutes. The store itself has been there for a while, and it definitely shows its age. For such a small shop, it had everything I needed—mainly skincare products and multivitamins.”
“Great range of products be quick to get the best deals before they go.”
“Sunday morning 5/10/25. Nick served me at the till. There was no internet connection that day, so he shared his hotspot from own phone so I could use my vouchers and coupons. I really appreciated his help with that, he went above and beyond. Thanks Nick!”
“The blonde/caramel hair lady with glasses working in the trolley self service tills today (28/03) at 12:50pm was friendly and helpful. Good customer service.”
“First rate pharmacy. The staff always go the extra mile to help and advise. Nothing is too much trouble and the pharmacist always has time to speak to customers no matter how busy the shop is. I always use this pharmacy. Highly recommend.”
“The staff were brilliant and they helped with what I required”
“Thank you to Nathan and the rest of the team for the kindness they showed my Mother on 05/11 when she came for her Covid booster. As she has trouble walking,, a kind gentleman came out to the car and vaccinated her there.”
“Friendly staff always helpful and met with a smile and a hello especially the manager”
“Super fast service for prescription, was ready within a few mins”
“I do not do my weekly shop here because i find it a bit expensive. The staff are great and always helpful. Sometimes shop for clothes here plus kitchen type items.”
“Only place I could get my baby boys prescription medication from in the local area having tried 4 other pharmacies in Hull. This was on a Sunday too. Thank you for helping us get what we needed for our little one. Very polite & friendly girl served me”
“Pharmacist attentive informative and reliable”
“I use this pharmacy all the time. The staff they have in there now are always polite. I understand that you can not get your prescription at lunch time but that goes for every chemist!! Covid has hit hard for everyone and they have been open all the time and are still open and working hard. There are shortages of everything across the world... Not just medication.... That is not the chemist's fault..... So I just wait. I will continue to use this chemist.”
“The staff at this chemist which I use regularly are so helpfull. From the young pharmacist guy and all the girls. It's a well run place.”
“I have used Lloyds Pharmacy in Cottingham for several years, yes at times had to wait but this was in the mist of Covid-19. The staff work really hard and always try their best to help often under very difficult circumstances. Please try and see how hard it is for the staff to remain professional when they have just be verbally abused by the last customer. They are only human. Be kind to each other.”
“The lovely team here work extremely hard to deliver our vital medicines. It is now the only chemist in the village. So, it is a vital asset to our community. It is a shame that so many people are so horrible to the staff. The Doctors in the area need to help them with timely delivery of prescriptions.”
“Friendly and polite, very helpful.”
“Staff and Pharmacist friendly and helpful. Go that extra mile for customers”
“I've always had positive experiences with this pharmacy. The staff are friendly, helpful, polite and cheerful. Whenever I have asked for advice they've been fantastic. My son has autism and can become confused and agitated. They've been absolutely brilliant with him and been able to calm him down and bring him back to being relaxed and cheerful. He's never felt at ease with previous pharmacies, with autism they find it difficult to read expressions, at this Lloyd's branch the staff always have a cheery positive outlook with him. Just one thing though. I keep trying to get them to dispense my own personal prescription to stop my hubby annoying me!!!!”
“Went in to get my mothers prescription and asked if I could get anything for her allergy, went into the little room and she was prescribed antihistermines, which we got there and then, fantastic!! however the other day I rang and asked if they could prescribe something for cystitis and they said they were unable to prescribe for over 65's she is 88, maybe it's certain meds they can only prescribe at her age, don't know. On the website it doesn't state that they close for dinner, which is quite rediculous for people who need to go there in their dinner break, think they shut for 12 till 1.”
“Went in today cause I was bitten at weekend and hand had swelled. Young lady looked and got pharmacist straight away. He was very pleasant and helpful and gave me some antibiotics. So much easier than going to doctors. Thank you for your help”
“I’ve used this pharmacy for the last 4 years and the staff are just amazing. Always going above and beyond for your needs. So polite and good at their work! I’ve even moved house and stayed with this pharmacy just because! I really think each and every person who works there is the best at their job especially Danielle! Lovely team”
“I have used this Lloyd's branch since it opened. Some staff members have changed but still some originals knocking about behind the counter. I Find that sometimes I have to wait in the queue to be seen too, but that is the same in all shops, never mind a pharmacy where your prescription has to be checked that no mistakes have been made in the amount, type and if you've had this drug before, if not they explain how to take your medicines. Also, new government policy has the pharmacist having to check different types of maladies, cuts, bruises, burns and other minor ailments to take some pressure of the Hospitals A&E Departments and also from the Doctors. When this happens, the Pharmacist has to stop what she or he was doing and attend to them. This would be a great idea if one of the other staff could take over from the pharmacist while away. As with other great ideas, I don't think this has been properly thought out! As to the staff, as my mother always said, treat other people as you wish to be treated your self, so I can honestly say, they have always been as cheerful as anybody else who has to deal with all types of customer, and service, depends not so much on the staff but on who needs what before you. I personally have found that always, they try to be as polite and friendly and helpful as possible. So I would like to say a big thank you to them all and please keep up the excellent work you sometimes do in trying conditions.”
