Unable to drive, due to the injury, I got a taxi, which arrived much later than they promised, but still the receptionist said I'd still be seen. I made a point of thanking all the receptionists as I passed on the way to see the Doctor, who was very helpful too. Been with this practice for about 20 years now.”

I have rarely had a problem, yes it can be difficult at times to get an appointment but if you explain your problem politely i have usually been offered an alternative. I find the reception staff friendly and efficient never ever rude. I think you get back what you give out so be polite and friendly and willing to accept something different. The nurses ( especially donna) have always followed through on treatments etc. making sure referrals have been acted on. I wish my son had this practice instead of the way worse one he attends. I would recommend it to anyone.”
