“A really lovely atmosphere in this store and always supportive of those like myself with neurodivergence. The staff have always been very good if I have had a meltdown in store (usually triggered by sensory overload) they are calm and caring and humanistic. The store is a smaller version but it’s is always well stocked by staff that have an aptitude for customer service. Staff are approachable and communicate, the store is fairly busy most times I have been in, though this does tend to be after work or at the weekends, so can int comment about during a weekday. Busy isn’t a bad thing though as it keeps the store open. As mentioned the store is well stocked and although it doesn’t carry some of the ranges of the bigger stores it is perfectly adequate.”

“This poundstretcher is one of the bigger ones in the area. It's bang in the middle of Dewsbury Town opposite Mecca Bingo and next to Halfords and Sainsbury's, also close to Matalan and Ice Land. I went there last week and had a pleasant experience. The store was really tidy, and well presented. Everything was stocked very neatly and there are some great offers that catch your eye as you walk in! Over the years the variety of products have increased and changed in a positive manner and now poundstretcher reaches out to all races/cultures and caters from all needs. Everything from food to home decor to garden care to pet care and even car exterior and interior. All the staff were very cheerful and polite. The customer service was great aswell. Overall, a brilliant branch of Poundstretcher!”

“Used the food section where everything is laid out so nicely, the fruit is fresh and delicious, the meat is fresh, plump and well packaged. The bread is soft and gorgeous smelling. No faults anywhere.”

“Just wanted to share my thoughts on this store, the only reason I give a 5 star is because of the lovely girl named Aaisha who was very helpful, respectful and had patience with me as I can be abit picky when shopping but otherwise it could be abit better with presentation as the place was not exactly clean, the women's aisle was just a mess with clothes dropped on the ground and shoes all over the place, the men's aisle had clothes on the ground so couldn't really look at stuff properly especially with wrong sizes being shown on clothes, a medium was showing large ect.”
