I had what should’ve been a simple fuse change to do but unfortunately, because of the location of the fuse box (behind the glove box but blocked by the dash trim) it wasn’t reachable. I asked Halfords (when I bought the fuse) and they couldn’t do it. So when I had some spare time before collecting my daughter from Rachael Swann dance school round the corner, I thought I’d pop in to AutoCare and ask if they had the necessary tools to reach it. The guy I spoke to was not only very welcoming, but was happy to stop what he was doing and have a look. Five minutes later, he’d got his tools, and got the fuse out. The replacement fuse Halfords sold me was wrong but not to worry, he went into the office and found the right one and fitted it. In and out within 5 minutes, with great customer services. He wouldn’t even accept any payment for the job despite my offer. Great guys, knowledgable, friendly, and will be returning even though I’m not that local.”

They got my car in same day I rang as I thought break pads had worn but then had a call to say my break pads were fine still basically new and it was just a build up of rust causing the screeching. The lovely men kindly cleaned my discs and resurfaced them and didn’t even charge for their time, didn’t try ripping me off or anything. Couldn’t recommend enough and will definitely return with anything else.”
