βIβve been under the care of the adult ADHD service here since 2021, but I was diagnosed by another NHS clinic, several years previous to that, so I canβt comment on their diagnosis, only my care. Which has been excellent. Iβve always felt listened to and taken seriously. Medication reviews are carefully done, not hurried, with several follow up meetings. Text reminders are sent for appointments.β

βI cannot believe all the negative comments about this practice. I have rarely had a problem, yes it can be difficult at times to get an appointment but if you explain your problem politely i have usually been offered an alternative. I find the reception staff friendly and efficient never ever rude. I think you get back what you give out so be polite and friendly and willing to accept something different. The nurses ( especially donna) have always followed through on treatments etc. making sure referrals have been acted on. I wish my son had this practice instead of the way worse one he attends. I would recommend it to anyone.β

βNot been with the practice too long, but every time Iβve had to call up or receive a call the doctors and reception have been lovely. Never uninformed when waiting for next steps etc for care. As far as appointments etc go Iβve always been offered one with in 14 days or next day/same day if itβs serious or urgent. Happy to of registered hereβ
