βI changed to the Rutland Lodge practise a while ago and just been very impressed with the service received so far. I've been seen in person on the day of asking for an appointment and the GPs have been thorough kind and supportive. I have heard terrible stories from friends about huge delays getting appointments and no in person contact at other practices. Going on my own experience to date I can recommend Rutland Lodge as one of the good ones.β

Phoned the pharmacy about my prescription as it had not arrived by last thing Friday ( 5:45pm) before closing , Amaan was very pleasant and listened to my predicament and assured me my prescription would arrive that evening despite closing at 6pm for the weekend. βGreat service - 40mins Having been once before and waited around 4.5hrs I decided to go in prepared this time (Tuesday) with a large coffee.... wasn't necessary! I walked in and gave my details to reception at 9.15am and had been seen, had an x-ray, nail drained and left by 9.55am. Lovely service, just as with previous visit, only this time super fast. βMy granddaughter has a 2mths old baby who has an allergy to baby milk. She was given a prescription by her dr but her local pharmacy told her they could not get the milk she needed for 4 days. I asked a staff member at Lepton about get the milk for her and was told as soon as they got the prescription they could order it to arrive in store. They have been absolutely brilliant in doing so.
