The GPs there are great.”

“The work that Ally has put in with me over the last 9 Months has changed my life. I went from years worth of pain and agony with lack of mobility and poor assistance from Doctors and guess work from hospital visits to being pain free and fully mobile again. In January of this year i started my journey with Ally's help to try find out what the issue was with my chronic pain in my lower back and right leg which caused me unbearable pain and lack of movement. Ally knew straight away from some tests with my what the issue was and said that once we had my MRI results back from the hospital she would be able to confirm but was certain of the issues i had. (Had seen multiple doctors previously all saying different things and none of there advised helped) MRI results came back and Ally was spot on with what she believe the issue was "herniated Disc that was trapping my root nerve". This stopped me from walking and standing straight with constant pain daily and made life incredibly hard. The work i did with Ally was amazing and every week i felt like there was small but amazing improvements to my pain relief and mobility leading to 4-5 months later i was up and mobile again with close to 0 pain and able to start going to the gym to help grow further strength from the lessons and bits Ally had taught me. 8-9 Months later and i am now with 0 pain fully and run daily and have completed a recent 15k and go snowboarding weekly. My life has turned around massively from all the help and lessons that Ally has taught me to help my body recover properly and cant recommend her enough, plan to see Ally now every couple of months to keep my body happy and working for me the way it should. “Amazing place. Was suffering badly from sciatica and in a miserable place with constant pain and no sleep. Doctors were useless, messed me about, made it impossible for me to book some physio so I booked my own private sessions and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done! Reception staff are so professional and friendly and always have a chat with them. Michael Kitching is the physio I was assigned and just after one session it made a massive difference. Even my wife later that night said you can see it’s made a difference, the pain had gone from my face and I had for the first time in weeks a sense of relaxation and peace. The next day it slowly creeped back, obvious not a miracle cure in one session but it gave me relief and set the level of pain lower now so more manageable. The next session was another improvement. I’ve had about 5 sessions now and pretty much all gone, I’m having another 2 though just to keep on top and keep doing the exercises that I was told about along with the physio. I can’t thank Michael enough, it really has changed my life from a grumpy short fused man in pain back to my happy go lucky self. I’m on a cruise after the last 2 sessions too so I now can look forward to a lovely time and stop worrying about my pain. I highly recommend anyone to give them a try, I didn’t realise how important and how much impact physio can do!”
