“I recently purchased my Mini from this garage and the customer service was absolutely outstanding. When I first viewed the car, I noticed a few small paint chips on the boot, which didn’t bother me given it’s a 10 year old car, so I was happy to go ahead. To my surprise, while preparing the car, the owner called to say he wasn’t satisfied with the paintwork and asked if he could keep it for a few extra days to have it professionally repainted. The result was fantastic the car looks amazing. That level of care and attention went far beyond my expectations, and I honestly don’t think I’d buy from another garage again! I’ll be back in a few months to buy my 17 year old her car.”

He does. all our MoT's as well. Recently - we'd what Audi Huddersfield described as a terminal failure of one of the turbochargers on our Audi RS4. In short a small steel actuator bracket had broken. They claimed we needed a £3500+vat + labour to fit new turbocharger. I looked at the offending item and concluded any PROPER MOTOR ENGINEER worth their salt would simply weld it - which Sam duly did and it cost us £95! Top marks to Sam - thank you.”
