“I took my car in for a full service on a Kia Sportage. Nick was very friendly and helpful explaining what parts he'll replace and what parts he'll check on the service. The car was ready in a timely manor and professionally dealt with. Even produced pictures of the old parts and also pictures of brakes and other parts/ components that he checked as part of the service. I couldn't recommend him more. I will definitely be using NG Auto's in the future for both servicing and MOT's. 5 stars and deservedly so.”

“The real experts. Went to a Mercedes dealership who charged me £200 for a diagnostic. They then quoted me a further £500 in labour for exploring the problem. Lost faith in Mercedes.. Took the car to Pete at Prestige. Looked at the faults, diagnosed a faulty crash collision sensor as the root cause of faults on dash. 2 days, diagnosed, fixed. These guys have the diagnostic experience that Mercedes unfortunately don’t seem to, even though Mercedes labour charges are twice the price. Genuine guys 10/10”

I was hoping that I would be able to get it within 2 or 3 days at most. It turned out that I had to pick up the car on the same day after the repair. A huge plus for customer service. The guys know what they're doing. Fast and professional service with very acceptable prices. I have a new car mechanic from today. I will recommend it to all my friends.”

“Been dealing with Sam for about 2 years now. When any of our fleet vehicles are out of warranty / dealer service plan etc, we take them to Sam, and he does a superb job at half the price. He does. all our MoT's as well. Recently - we'd what Audi Huddersfield described as a terminal failure of one of the turbochargers on our Audi RS4. In short a small steel actuator bracket had broken. They claimed we needed a £3500+vat + labour to fit new turbocharger. I looked at the offending item and concluded any PROPER MOTOR ENGINEER worth their salt would simply weld it - which Sam duly did and it cost us £95! Top marks to Sam - thank you.”

“Update - as we're now into June it's been 7 months since first dealing with Mick and his fantastic mechanics. There were a few electrical issues such as air con faulty, charging socket not working and a dashboard warning light but each has been rectified without fuss under the warranty that came with the purchase price. I can honestly say I can't ever imagine wanting to buy a car or have repairs carried out anywhere else! Original review - I bought a 2012 Scenic in November 2023 and I have to say I'm really happy with Queens Service Station. As with all used cars there's the fear of buying a lemon, but Mick is a genuinely friendly and helpful chap. Being self employed my car is my job so it's great to have peace of mind should the worse happen as the car came with a 3 month warranty. Would highly recommend and have no doubt will use again, especially with kids getting to the age of passing their tests!”
