They came to tow it back and diagnosed the problem immediately, which filled me with confidence that they knew what they were doing. They ordered my parts as quick as they could and got my car back to me the next day. The work carried out was done to a very professional standard and they couldn't have been more approachable, quickly answering any questions I had. I really can't recommend these lads enough. They really did get me out of a pickle. I was presently surprised by the total cost of the repair too. As the lads said, an honest price for an honest day's work. Not like many garages who'll try to add things to the price. Really can't recommend them enough.”

We were met with a friendly welcome and they were soon in their harnesses listening to a child friendly instruction and safety briefing. There were plenty of different climbs to suit and challenge them and the staff were very attentive offering assistance when needed. The equipment is bright, colourful and well set out. There is a small cafe with a viewing area and again friendly staff. I would highly recommend it.”

The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary pots, pans, dishes, glassware, even basic spices and cooking oil, coffee and tea, detergent tabs for the dishwasher mixing bowls, etc. The staff working there are genuinely interested in making their guests’ experiences good, and take pride in their work - it showed in the daily interactions not only with me, but with what I witnessed. Parking to unload bags required a bit of creativity, but the location is honestly so conveniently located, and parking is easily walkable, so that totally made up for it. “Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Fairways Service Station in Ackworth for being so brilliant. 3 months ago my car had been into JCT 600 Castleford for its service inspection (sadly due to the kia warranty I have to do this). JCT told me that my brakes were red on their checklist and needed to be done ASAP or fail the next MOT. They quoted me a silly price so I decided to visit the guys at fairways to get a more realistic quote (which was very fair). Bare in mind the car is less than 3 years old and my 8 year old car is still on its first set of brakes. The Guys at Fairways checked the brakes and found that the rear wear was minimal and the front wear was more than OK for MOT and should last based on a normal persons driving a year to 18 months. I recently lost my job and a big bill before Christmas would have been a tough pill to swallow. THANK YOU FAIRWAYS It is great to know that good honest businesses still exist and I would recommend them to anyone currently being bent over by certain (and i know they are not all the same) corrupt dealerships. Thank you for being honest and fair, you chose not to do unnecessary work and be Awesome. Thank you.”
