“I only get my teeth checked here as I have braces under an orthodontist in the city centre but the staff are always lovely. My daughter has been coming with me for more than a year to this practice and she's not frightened of the 'magic chair' or the 'shiny light' or the lady 'with the funny accent'. She's not intimidated by any of it and I think this is really important to a parent - taking your child to a dentist can be daunting especially if you're one who has had bad experiences with dentists in the past, but it's a necessary thing. My husband has fillings, smoker's gums, the works, when we started going to this practice he needed a clean and he bled tons but the staff were so patient and polite, so kind and gentle with him. They told him how to take care of his teeth in a way that his previous dentist hadn't before. The dentists, dental nurses, reception staff at this practice, they all genuinely give a damn. Even if they've just been ratted at by the previous customer, they actually physically take a deep breath, and carry on because they realise you're a brand new person not like the one before. They all treat you with a stellar smile and they really know what they're doing. :) :) :)”

“Arrived this morning for a surgical extraction is a rear molar that had cracked. I’m not good with dentists to start with having had a very bad traumatic and long experience with a different practice and I was terrified. The dental surgeon (Eddie) and his nurse did their best to put me at ease and I was absolutely shocked and surprised at how quick and painless the whole procedure was. I was given after care advice and I was out in ten minutes. I could have hugged the pair of them. Absolutely blown away with the whole experience. Thank you.”

I found PSR on Google and Dave guided me through the information needed, ensured that the correct variant was supplied and sent it to me packed for export. I re-packed it in my largest suitcase which I checked in and delivered it to my engineer. Perfect part, fitted well and tracking carried out efficiently. Car passed its annual government test a few days later. Great service, especially as PSR annual shutdown was due a few days later but Dave pushed the order through quickly.”

“My apple watch detected that I was experiencing high heart rates. I felt off but not ill. On Monday, 08:00, 5/08/2024, I entered my details in Patches. At 9:30, I received a text for a telephone appointment that afternoon which resulted in n appointment with a GP,08:40, Tuesday, 06/08/2024. After consultation, I was asked to wait till a room would be available for an E.CG.and blood tests. All of these were concluded resulting another G.P consultation. Resulting in a heart condition being diagnosed, full clear explanation, medication prescribed with benefits and possible side effects explained and two further appointments made. This treatment along with lovely people conducting themselves in their jobs with professional attitudes, kindness, caring and supportive given this was a bit alarming for me. Excellent surgery and patient/ client care from start to finish. I and my family have been registered with this surgery since 1993 and have only ever experienced openness, great and effective care and always , always treated with kindness. Thank you so much for everything.”
