We were having electrical issues with the front and rear lights on our work vehicle, they managed to squeeze us in a short notice (twice!), found the fault and got us back on the road. We literally can’t do our job without our vehicle, which also has a knock-on impact for our customers and freelance staff, so we greatly appreciate the time and effort put in by the engineer(s) to fix the problem and to all the office staff for their excellent communication and customer service. “Being involved in an accident is never a pleasant experience, but the way these guys dealt with my repair has left me feeling really satisfied. I booked my repair with Northern Accident Repair through my insurer and within minutes they called me to organise for the damage to be assessed. I took my car in for the assessment and was given an accurate timeframe for the repair. When my car was in for repair, I received text messages every day telling me what stage it was at, which was really reassuring and was a step above and beyond, considering the repair only took just over a week. The quality of the repair work done is outstanding, and is much better than I could’ve anticipated. I did have an issue whereby my window switch had been damaged on the door that had been repaired, but I contacted Northern and the problem was resolved without issue the very next day. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service I’ve received with these guys and I’d return here for any future work without hesitation.”

I was met by Shellie who immediately knew what size I was, there was a lot of choice but narrowed it down to 4 styles with Shellies help. She zipped around the restaurant like lightning—every table checked on with perfect timing. But what really made the experience unforgettable? She sang her way through the day!
